I am so overwhelmed with the amount of books being released in 2017 that feature diverse characters and marginalised groups. This is a short list in comparison to the amount of books being released that we don't yet know about, or haven't yet got a release date/synopsis but we will make a follow-on post half way through the year. Let's all make an effort to read these books, spread the word and support these authors. These are also in order of release! (If any of our information is incorrect, please let us know in the comments and we will change it immediately.)
